Jazz begleitete mich mein ganzes Leben lang. Dank ihm tanzte ich nächtelang, lachte und weinte und lernte bezaubernde Dancing Queens kennen.
1963 bewunderte ich Louis Armstrong live in Los Angeles, von 2013 bis 2017 nahm ich Schlagzeugunterricht und gründete zusammen mit der bekannten Sängerin Rebbecca Spiteri das „Now Jazz Quartet“.
Vielfalt, Improvisation, kreative Ausdrucksformen, Swing-Rhythmen, leuchtende Klangfarben und mitreißende Atmosphären: All diese charakteristischen Jazz-Elemente übertrage ich malerisch auf meine Bilder.

Jazz accompanied me throughout my life. Thanks to it I danced for nights on end, laughed and cried and got to know enchanting dancing queens.
1963 I admired Louis Armstrong live in Los Angeles and from 2013 to 2017 I took drum lessons and founded the „Now Jazz Quartet“ together with the well-known singer Rebbecca Spiteri.
Diversity, improvisation, creative form of expression, swing rhythm, luminous tone colours and thrilling atmospheres: all these characteristic jazz elements are transferred painterly to my pictures.
